32 Weeks

8 more weeks!!! I'm going to need to start packing that hospital bag so we will be ready to go when the time comes!
Here is a new picture of our little Gizmo, isn't she getting big!?!? :) She got a bath today and was hanging out at my feet during pictures so she needed to get in on it too. She was suppose to get a haircut as well but she is just too squirmy for me to handle! Suzie got a bath and a haircut yesterday but she's being a little camera shy. Perhaps I can get her photo up sometime this week. :) Our little peanut has been a busy little man this weekend, lots of rolls and twirls, even enough for Andrew to feel a bunch of the action last night! I can feel in his movements just how big he's getting, very exciting! :)

31 Weeks

So our little peanut has decided he is nice and comfy up in the northern part of my belly this past weekend. I felt the first kick to the ribs while out to lunch on Sunday...very strange feeling! And he doesn't like when I bend over too far or slouch too much, apparently I must be squishing the poor little guy. Getting around isn't too bad at the moment, but thank goodness my car has handles above the door because getting out of there is tough! :)

I am amazed every time I see a picture of me pregnant! When I look down I never think I look very big but as soon as I catch a glimpse of my profile in the mirror I can't help but pause and look. :) I still haven't ran into many belly grabbers either. I at least know the people that do or have met them before...and then most people ask permission which is really sweet. But of course, if your a friend or a relative go for it! I really do not mind, I like to show it off! :) My tune just might change the first time a stranger goes in for the kill though!

30 weeks

Only 10 weeks left!!! That sounds like nothing! Our appointments have moved up to every two weeks now and we are planning on going in for a 3d/4d ultrasound in the next couple of weeks. I can't wait to get a sneak peak of what our little peanut looks like! :)
Seeing these pictures just amaze me. I dont feel as big as I am most of the time! I have my days when its a chore to get up and down, but I still have my days where it feels like I have no belly at all. Just recently we've been able to see peanut moving around. A little elbow here or foot there...(although we cannot make out what is what) or a little ninja action which makes my whole belly wiggle! (I really do hate to call my belly wiggly, but I don't know what other word would fit the description) We dont see much because it seems anytime I stop to look or put my hand on my belly he stops...he's already a little punk! :) but its awfully fun when we do catch it! :)

Ralph Lauren Harbour

That would be the color of the paint we chose. I thought the name was just perfect for what we are going for. Plus I don't think I have EVER chosen a paint color so quickly. I saw it from a distance and snagged the sample then we wandered comparing and nothing came close. (luckily Andrew was on board and very pleased with my swift decision making) We are loving it so far! :) Please keep in mind that these are all very rough pictures, we haven't vacuumed, wiped down the crib, completely cleared the room, or touched up the paint. But we are SO darn close... and I'm just too excited not to share. :)
And last but not least our little peanuts crib! :) I absolutely love it and I don't understand why people complain about putting cribs together... the sucker was easy! And yes we did follow the directions! Andrew always says how he's no handy man, that he doesn't know how to build things and even he said it was cake. I think it is just beautiful! :)

29 Weeks

29 weeks and only about 77 days to go! :) I love thinking that peanut should be here the month after next. WOOHOO!!! :)
So today we FINALLY got the garage that has been promised to us for the past month. Of course we got word while in Gig Harbor at a Super Bowl party. Then they had the nerve to tell us that somebody else needed the garage we were currently using (one that was too far away to actually pay for... the gave it to us for storage until we got the correct one) and if we could move our stuff! I told them, sorry, we aren't anywhere near there at the moment, but if you want to move it into our new garage you are welcome to! :) And they did. :) So tomorrow while I'm at work Andrew gets to build the shelves and empty the guest room that will soon be the nursery! :) I am getting pretty sick of living amongst all these boxes! :)
We also made a trip to Ikea on Friday to pick up a couple things for little peanut's room (curtains & a trash can) and I know that doesn't sound like hardly anything but dang am I excited to start on that room! I was so proud of myself too... I went in with my list and walked out with NOTHING else in the cart that was not on the list (that is SO not easy for me, especially at IKEA!) Plus we made it out of there in about 30-45 min... its gotta be a record...Ikea is usually a good couple of hours, I love that place! :) Next stop Home Depot, we need paint...
