My First Mothers Day

Mothers Day family photo... Gramma has this beautiful tree in her yard and as soon as I saw it was blooming we had to get a picture! :)

The title "Mom" still hasn't sunk in...but the fact that this adorable little man is mine has! I can't imagine what I did in a previous life to deserve the husband and child that I have today but I am eternally thank for it! Lunch at my Grandparents place with Gramma, Grampa, Mom, Dad, Kimmy, Uncle Skip, the puppy girls and us! :) Wonderful day with our wonderful family! :)

The Best Month of My Life

All thanks to this handsome little man and his daddy.

Its hard to believe our little man is a month old! He had his one month check up on Monday the 1oth (1 month and 1 day old!) and he is now 21 inches and 8 lbs 12 oz! We dont have much as far as "milestones" yet. first smile was moments after he was born, he rolled over for the first time at about 2 weeks old (I swear it was a fluke... I dont want him to start that yet!) diaper changes aren't garuanteed to be screaming fits anymore (woohoo!) although most often still are. and he did start cooing which is just the cutest sound ever. I love my little guy and am in NO rush for him to grow up! :)

I am so head over heels for this little guy, he cannot do wrong in my mind (which is going to be trouble if I dont get over that!!!) It really was love at first sight...Seeing him for the first time was so surreal and seeing him every morning is too. We are so so very lucky.
