Fathers Day!

Peanut and his Daddy...such a wonderful father, couldn't ask for anything more! :)

All the boys on fathers day. We had a nice lunch at Outback (its not easy to make all these guys happy....but you can't go wrong with meat and fries can you!?!? no you can't)

Peanut is such a good boy when we go out (knock on wood) lets hope it continues! :)

Does that look like two giant doughnuts stacked on top of each other to make a cake? yes... yes it is... (forgot to take a picture before we destroyed the table at lunch and busted into it) and it kinda looks icky with the filling oozing out but OH MY GOD... it was WAY too good. I mean I knew it was going to be tasty...had no idea it was going to be THAT tasty! :)

The little Peanut that made it all happen. :)

Tricky Thumb

Focused on sucking that thumb.

So close!

Lets see if the other hand will help...get in there thumb!

Awell...Ill get the hang of it soon enough, i should show off this smile of mine in the mean time!

Duckies

We decide to try out bath time with all our rubber duckies...not too exciting, we'll try it again in the future when the ducks learn to stay right side up :)

Ready for the lake!

We went to Gymboree (our favorite clothing store) Saturday and picked up some swim gear.

Practicing floating on his back... practices in the bath tub too, he's pretty good! :) now just to wait for summer...

Rollin Rollin Rollin

I Rolled Over!!!

Whoa...it actually worked...

Chillin on his back...post roll.
(He was centered on his tummy time surfboard before the big event!)

So we were having our daily tummy time break and weren't enjoying it too much. Lots of crying! But our little peanut had pulled his left arm under his chest and at first I thought I had accidentally set him down like that and he couldn't get it out... So Andrew and I decided to pull his arm back out, to which he immediately pulled it back in under his chest. Then we saw his right leg start kicking and pushing off the ground and he starts moving to his side. (He is still fussing and crying but he seems very focused so I let him be... and cheered the little man on of course!) and before you know it he pushes that long little leg of his into the ground and bam he is on his back and he goes silent! And then we start cheering of course! It was pretty exciting to see him really roll over and do it with such perseverance, he did NOT want to be on his belly at that time and by golly he wasn't going to be! :)

Bouncer!

I got a new bouncer!!! check out my monkeys!!!

You know you're jealous...

cause I got a new bouncer!!! :D

We made a huge step with this bouncer... he has never actually enjoyed sitting down and having time to himself. Just last weekend he started to notice toys of his and we decided it was time to get the little peanut a bouncer (or at least something with fun stuff that hangs over his head). We decided on a bouncer...so happy that it makes him so happy! :)
