35 weeks

So it was a busy baby week for us! On monday we had an infant cpr/first aid/safety course which was great. A lot of it is baby proofing which we dont need for awhile but good to know anyhow! :) Then on Friday and Saturday we had our childbirth classes. Those were great, the instructor was a riot! Although a lot of it we had heard before we still left there with new info and I feel a lot more comfortable about what is going on.
*
We took the classes through Overlake (where we will be delivering) it feels good to know how this particular hospital does things. We also got a nice tour so we now know exactly where to park, where to check in, who to call, etc.
*
Then today we finished peanut's laundry (can't wait for the dresser to arrive so we can fill it up!!!). We installed the car seat, painted some shelving, hung all of peanuts clothing, rearranged the bathroom, and Andrew took my car in for an oil change, plus took care of lunch and dinner (such an awesome husband) Busy and productive day! :)

I think we almost feel prepared, and it feels great! (so if peanut decides to make an early appearance we will be ready)

Look at you! You look good and I am happy things are coming together. I am sure you will be more than ready when he decides to make his appearance.
Keep doing the good things you are doing and let Andrew do everything else. He is more than capable...... :-)

Thank you! :) I am trying to take it easy and let Andrew do a lot of the heavy lifting. I just have trouble thinking about AFTER the baby when I really can't do anything for a few weeks... I feel like I want to do a bunch now so I dont feel lazy/guilty! :)

And I'll post new pics of the nursery when the dresser gets here. There is laundry all over the room right now waiting for a home so it doesn't look that great at the moment. I am super excited to show it all off though! :)

LOL - Whenever I think of baby classes the Pam scene from "Baby Mama" pops into my head :)

Happy to hear that things are moving along for you all!
