(He was centered on his tummy time surfboard before the big event!)
So we were having our daily tummy time break and weren't enjoying it too much. Lots of crying! But our little peanut had pulled his left arm under his chest and at first I thought I had accidentally set him down like that and he couldn't get it out... So Andrew and I decided to pull his arm back out, to which he immediately pulled it back in under his chest. Then we saw his right leg start kicking and pushing off the ground and he starts moving to his side. (He is still fussing and crying but he seems very focused so I let him be... and cheered the little man on of course!) and before you know it he pushes that long little leg of his into the ground and bam he is on his back and he goes silent! And then we start cheering of course! It was pretty exciting to see him really roll over and do it with such perseverance, he did NOT want to be on his belly at that time and by golly he wasn't going to be! :)

He will soon figure out that if he scrunches up he can lurch forward too! So cute........
He is pretty good at squirming into a spot that works for him
